German track cyclist Guido Fulst is unlikely to face a long suspension after testing positive for too much caffeine, according to the country's cycling body.
Fulst, who won gold in the team pursuit, tested positive during a six-day race in Stuttgart in January.
Even the maximum penalty will not endanger Fulst's entry at the world championships, which is to be held 26-30 September in Antwerp, Belgium.
